John Amos He passed away in August, but by then his son Kelly Christopher He was declared dead, more than a month ago. Since then, the actor’s daughter, Shannon AmosShe launches an investigation into his death and hires a lawyer to lead her fight.

“The family deserves to know the full circumstances surrounding Mr. Amos’ care and the events leading up to his death,” Shannon Amos’ attorney reportedly said in a statement. “We are committed to pursuing all available avenues to ensure these questions are answered.”

But Kelly says there is no need for war, and a private investigator said there was no sign of “crime” in the actor’s death. Here’s what he said between the siblings and what else was reported about the family conflict.

KC Amos responds to allegations of abuse against his older sister

As I mentioned earlier, KC Death revealed On October 1, but his father died on August 21. Additionally, he said the “Good Times” actor died of congestive heart failure in Los Angeles. He was 84 years old.

Shannon’s attorney, James H. Davis III, confirmed that she had hired a legal assistant to look into her father’s death, according to the people. She has openly accused her brother of elder abuse for what appears to be a second time. Shannon reportedly wants more information about her father’s admission to Centinela Hospital and his condition at the time. She claimed that someone falsely impersonating her drove John to the hospital. Shannon claims she requested his medical records in three formal requests but received no response.

Furthermore, she wants the LAPD and Adult Protective Services to submit summaries of their investigations into her past allegations of abuse involving John Amos.

Meanwhile, Kelly Christopher doesn’t hesitate to shut down his sister’s claims with his own receipts! He provided an explanation for the people About the decisions made that led to the death of John Amos. He claimed that John asked to go to Centinela Hospital because of his trust in its medical staff. In addition, he said his father asked him not to contact other family members, and Kavkaz Center said he “respected his request.”

“Let me be clear and transparent. There was no physical, financial, emotional or psychological abuse or elder neglect committed against my parents by myself, Jane Brummitt or Belinda Foster,” KC said. “This has been documented by an independent investigation conducted by Homeland Security Services, Inc, Adult Protection Services, and other law enforcement agencies. The fact is that he died of natural causes at the age of 84. Stop making it more than it is.”

Kelly also hired a defense investigator to conduct a “thorough, two-year investigation” into financial discrepancies, including missing money and material goods stolen from his father in Colorado, Memphis, New Jersey, and Los Angeles. Ultimately, Detective Kevin Faller said, all charges against Kelly Christopher in New Jersey were dropped.

“The current allegations of crime and elder abuse are frivolous,” Kevin Faller said. “John Amos was delighted to work and spend time with (KC, Jane and Belinda) writing, producing and praying with them as a family and his team. John died of natural causes at the age of 84. There was no foul play.”

Faller also cleared John Amos’s long-time manager, Belinda Foster, of any wrongdoing. “John told me that Belinda was more of a daughter to him than his biological daughter.” The investigator told PEOPLE.

Daughter previously questioned John Amos’ safety

Shannon Amos’ death comes more than a year after she claimed her father was a victim of elder abuse and financial exploitation and was hospitalized in critical condition. She made the allegations in a GoFundMe campaign, claiming that John called her from a Memphis hospital. Shannon did not specify who was carrying out the alleged abuse but claimed one person was a caregiver. Her GoFundMe campaign sought $500,000 to cover alleged legal expenses, care and aftercare.

But John Amos later denied allegations of abusing his daughter in a video message from a hospital bed. The actor pointed out the confusion over fundraising. He also seems to imply that if anyone mistreats him, it will be Shannon. He said they encountered problems that led to him being hospitalized, saying his daughter took advantage of him.

“You’ll be the prime suspect – if you want to.” John said. “I don’t know if that’s the right term to use or not. But it’s the one I would attribute elder abuse to. It’s definitely a case of elder abuse.”

In addition, his manager Belinda said that his admission to the hospital was due to problems with his heart due to fluid filling the lower part of his body and stomach. However, they both denied that his medical condition was life-threatening.

Shannon Amos has not responded publicly to her brother’s response to her investigation.
