Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that two North Korean soldiers captured by Ukrainian forces in Russia’s Kursk region are being interrogated in Kiev. The Ukrainian authorities pledged to provide the media with access to the prisoners of war because “the world needs to know what is happening.”
