The job applicant recently moved to social media to vent about the gloomy situation in the labor market in India. The user at the Reddit post said they are applying for very long jobs and did not go anywhere. The user said they had a set of assessments just to get their ghost and were told that they did not exceed.

They added that one needs to resume a perfect job without job keys. “This labor market does not give you any way on anything. If someone is doing his first job, doing his best at all and still proves it because the environment is terrible.”

The user commented that companies want the “ideal candidate”, but then complain that the candidates are qualified qualified for this position. “The jobs want this perfect filter, but then complain” You are a qualified qualification “How in the world can be anyone eligible for the job?”

Internet users sympathize with the original poster, so that some tell their own experiences.

One user wrote: “I had four interviews in one week and I refused them all. It is defeated,” one of the users wrote.

“I think there are many of us who find ourselves in the same position unfortunately. There are already 5 companies that tell me that I am not tried and that they cannot provide what I received in my previous job. This entire situation is very frustrated,” one of the second users commented.

One of the third users said: “I met a job two weeks ago, and today, I saw that it was republished, but the requirements have changed. Originally, only a Bachelor’s and 3 years of experience (I have) required (but now, but now, the updated publication still requires a breath.”

“Yes, the system is broken. They want the” ideal candidate “but they will not pay for it, and if you are very qualified, you are somehow responsible? All of this is the smoke and mirrors that employers want cheap and coaches to act when things collapse. And chasing the entire job is a joke at this stage.”
