Xai Chatbot Grok will be available to Telegram users

Under a deal announced on Wednesday, Elon Musk’s Xai Chatbot, Grok will be available to cable Users for one year at some point in the summer. Telegram is a cloud -based social media and immediate messaging service free but offers a paid layer.

According to Telegram Pavel Durov, the CEO of Telegram Pavel Durov, who announced the partnership on X, Telegram users will be able to install GROK to their highest chat. Users will be able to ask questions, create stickers, write suggestions, and summarize chats, links and documents.

A user of X Dorov asked the safety of user data.

“The privacy of the user is very important,” he answered. “To be clear, Xai will only reach the data that Telegram users share openly with GROK through direct reactions. This is expected – you cannot send a message to anyone (including Chatbot) without sharing what you write.”

Telegram will receive, with an estimated billion active users, $ 300 million in cash and property rights from Xai to integrate GROK into Telegram applications for 12 months. Durov will also get half of the revenues of Xai subscriptions purchased through Telegram applications.

Telegram Premium users have already been able to reach GROK since early 2025.

To date, X has trained GROK responses through public jobs, except in the European Union. It is not clear whether the Telegram-XAI partnership will benefit from Telegram user posts for more GROK training.
