2020, Ben Whitaker, the owner of the Olympic silver medal, will lead Bin Whitaker, in November in Birmingham against an unnoticed opponent.

The heavyweight competitor who did not defeat Whitaker (9-0-1, 6 KOS) will come to fight by winning the impressive knockout over Liam Cameron in the return match earlier this year on April 9, 2025, in Birmingham.

Return to the Olympic form

Ben seemed a lot different in that battle from what he was in his first meeting with Cameron last year on October 12, 2024. Whitker moved well, Cameron faced the likeness of Petersbiev and staying away from heavy punches.

It was a complete education by Whitaker, who showed the type of skills we saw from him in the 2020 Olympics, when Keno Marley was defeated in the quarter -finals and Imam Khatif in the semi -finals.

Critics Critics

Whitaker moved away from this style in his first battle against Cameron last year by choosing a more integral fight. This is not a method that works for him, especially against fighters who pressed the way Cameron was doing in that battle.

Their first battle was ruled last year with a six -round technical tie after both fighters fell from the ring. Whitaker suffered an ankle injury during the fall and could not continue.

Many boxing fans believed that he had been abundant from injury because he was under constant pressure from Cameron and took a lot of punishment.

It was not good for Whitch to sixth place, and the injury may have saved him from being defeated. The grades at the time of stopping were 58-58, 58-57 for Whittaker and 58-57 for Cameron.

What was annoying about the battle was that he was not supposed to compete at all. Liam was the type of discount that the best former amateur fighters face while ascending to the ranks.

Unless Whitaker expects it to be how Cameron fought hard. He seemed to have studied a loss of Whitaker against Arien Lopez the Cuban in the 2020 Olympic Finals, and mimic his style of pressure. This approach was the Kribtonite milk.

Shalom is negotiating the next opponent

Ring Break news on Whitaker, 28, fighting in November. Maroujah, Bin Shalom, negotiates a battle for him. He did not make any hints about who would be the opponent, but it is likely to face a first -class competitor in 175.

Seek a title

Rank No. 9 WBC, #11 WBA, #13 IBF in light heavyweight, Whittaker is not away from obtaining a world title. It should be a little more active to get a rift in Dmitry Bivol, three uniform episodes before it retires or mixes it with less popular fighter.
