Why Kanye West extended his stay abroad amid lawsuits

Kanye West He has been noticeably absent from his Los Angeles home for several months, sparking speculation about the reason behind his extended globe-trotting.

Now, insiders close to the “Donda” rapper claim he is concerned about being forced to face the numerous lawsuits he has been subjected to, as well as being embroiled in the escalating controversies surrounding his ex-boyfriend. Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Meanwhile, Kanye West continues to stir up controversy online as he recently shared a racy clip of his wife Sergeant Bianca To celebrate her thirtieth birthday.

West and his wife, Sensori, recently paid a cool $35 million for a sprawling mansion in Beverly Hills that includes 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, two pools and a spa.

However, the couple is rarely in town to enjoy their new property or tour Los Angeles like they used to.

West has been touring with Sensory for the past eight months, traveling from Tuscany in May to Paris and then to Russia in June, as his legal troubles mount.

Sources told… Daily Mail That there is a reason why West chose to step away amid accusations from his ex-wife Kim Kardashian that he is an absentee father to their children.

“The reason Kanye is not (in America) has nothing to do with his children and everything to do with the multiple lawsuits he faces in the United States,” the sources told the media.

“With all this stuff with Diddy, Kanye is terrified,” the sources continued, referring to the ongoing sex crimes charges that have been brought against Diddy with his trial scheduled for May 2025.

The “Vultures 1” singer has been linked to several lawsuits. In June of last year, his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit accusing him of wrongful termination and sexual harassment during her time working with him between 2021 and 2022.

She claimed in an initial filing that West fired her after she refused to sleep with him. Then, in an updated filing she filed in October, she accused him of sexually assaulting her during a party at a recording studio in Santa Monica, where Diddy was present.

According to Daily MailPisciotta claims she was asked to either have a drink or leave and was served drinks “poured in a westerly direction.”

After drinking, she allegedly “slipped into an altered and extremely vulnerable state,” with the rapper suggesting to her years later that they had sex that evening.

Pisciotta’s attorney, Mark Corini, noted West’s prolonged absence from the country in a November filing, saying he was “out of the country” to evade “service of the subpoena,” which stalled the lawsuit.

West and Diddy were longtime friends and respected colleagues before disagreements soured their relationship.

Both rappers have expressed their admiration for each other in the past, with West referring to the embattled hip-hop mogul as his “idol” while presenting him with a Lifetime Achievement Award during the 2022 BET Awards.

“I just need to meet this guy,” West said of Diddy when talking about his music. “This is my favorite artist.”

West also mentioned how Diddy has been instrumental in his personal life, saying that he usually “goes to him for advice to this day” and that the father of six has “inspired many of my life decisions.”

Although he has distanced himself from Diddy since their fallout, sources told L.A Daily Mail The “Carnival” rapper fears he will be dragged into the case, perhaps as a witness.

Meanwhile, West has not stopped generating controversy about the nature of his relationship with Sensori.

The father-of-four took to his Instagram account to share a nude clip of the Australian engineer sitting in a bathtub as he celebrated her 30th birthday.

This comes amid speculation that they were heading towards divorce and had resorted to buying their mansion in Beverly Hills as a “last ditch effort” to save their marriage.

Sensory reportedly wants “stability” in their marriage because she longs to start a family and raise children. However, given the rapper’s frequent travels, it remains to be seen how she will achieve this.

“Bianca has wanted to settle down for over a year now,” a source told the newspaper. Daily Mail. “This house was a last-ditch effort to save their marriage because Kanye knows what she wants, which is family and isolation. But her family doesn’t know if Kanye will give her that.”
