White House orders starting to implement closing plans (DXY :)

With the inability of the US Senate to pass the bill financing bill on Tuesday evening, the Office of Management and Budget at the White House Federal agencies ordered Late Tuesday to start implementation on their closure plans, Associated Press reported.
