Founded in 2020, the pro -Palestinian British group, Palestine, was described as a “terrorist organization” and was banned by the UK government on July 5. Since then, more than 700 people have been arrested to show their support for the group. Critics say the ban is a misuse of the anti -terrorism law and an attack on civil freedoms.
