How will FIFA use Amnesty International to verify infiltration during the club’s World Cup?

Although helping technology in making infiltration decisions is not new, the club’s World Cup will use it slightly differently by employing artificial intelligence for “semi -automatic infiltration”.

Video feeding from 16 cameras will provide footage of the continuous procedure for an artificial intelligence program, which will then alert officials as soon as the offside player touches the ball.

Officials hope this new mechanism will help reduce the time in decision -making. The system may see that the flag was raised earlier for infiltration and reduces continuous playing cases after clear infiltration, instead of reviewing the video assistant (VAR) later.

In another first, footage of the VAR infiltration reviews will be displayed on the spectators on the stadiums on large screens.

What is the base of the new deadline for the goalkeeper?

It is not completely new, but the time goalkeeper will face heat at a time much earlier than usual as FIFA has asked the referees from the gloves who take a long time on the ball.

The rules state that the guards cannot stick to the ball for more than six seconds, but they were not punished repeatedly as the ruling body of the game would have been.

The referees will now issue a warning in five seconds – which are calculated by officials at their hands – and the goalkeeper must launch the ball before the total of eight seconds reaches.

The failure to do this will lead to a corner kick for the opposition instead of an indirect free kick, which was previously presented.
