The former Filipino President is accusing crimes against humanity because of his “war on drugs.”

The former President of the Philippines is scheduled to be tried for crimes against humanity in The Hague.

Rodrigo Duttri was linked to thousands of murder outside the judiciary during the controversial “war on drugs”.

But local policy may have played a role in his arrest – Dotte had made an enemy of the Philippine President who was sitting.
