Amid destruction and depression on France’s political crisis and public deficit, our guest asserts that the country is still economically attractive and is still the second force in the European Union. Clément Beaune is the High Commissioner in France for Strategy and Planning, former Minister of Foreign Affairs for European Affairs and former Minister of Europe in French governments. It is assumed that the current political fragmentation will not disappear with the elections in the coming years, and urges the French political forces to find a kind of concessions that enabled coalition governments to work in other European countries.
