Most companies distribute the end of the year through direct deposit. One in China followed a different approach – by accumulating $ 11 million in cash at a table and informing employees of seizing the largest possible amount in 15 minutes.

The jaw reward event was held by Heenan Mining Crane Co. , LTD, CHATIC Cash GRAB videos on Chinese social media have become Douyin and Weibo. The shots, which were later shared on Instagram, show piles of money scattered through a huge table where employees are considered feverish and collect their rewards.

According to what was reported, one of the workers managed to increase 100,000 yuan ($ 18,700 Singapore) within the time period, while others rushed to accumulate and calculate the largest possible money. I read a comment on one of the videos, “Henan Companyy gives millions to a reward at the end of the year. Employees can bring the largest possible money.”

The reactions to the trick were mixed. Some social media users were surprised by the scene, while others questioned this approach. One user mocked, “like my company. But instead of money, they give a lot of work burden.” Another joking, “This is the type of papers I want, but the company has other plans.”

Not everyone liked. One of the comments read, “You can only credit the worker’s accounts instead of this circus law. A kind of insult. But it is a different world behind the Great Wall.” Another user summarized it frankly: “more of this and less than the interdependence between the team.”
