Waiting for fall – bionicoldguy

We are still facing hot weather recently, in the 1990s (30 seconds low). But at least since the days became shorter, it cools well at night. I look forward to its official decrease soon and I hope the weather will start to match it.

My country riding was fun because it is great in the morning. Last Tuesday, I installed my group to the end of the Redwood Retreat West Morgan Hill road, about two hours and about two hours straight. It was a great journey, but my neck was ultimately harsh. I am vulnerable to neck issues, which I try to reduce traditional bike by staying more straightforward, as well as standing often. I did that, but I still face a problem, the neck has disturbed me for more than a day after that. So I think I will adhere to my long ride, including riding my group. As long as the journey is an hour or less, I am fine in a straight position.

On Wednesday, I had a relatively short period (90 minutes), but I am still difficult on a very on my watch, which I felt satisfied. I enjoyed especially on Friday, a long long journey on the Coyote Creek Trail Road.
