Vinicius Junior has responded to speculation over his future at Real Madrid after another inspiring display in the Champions League as he reached a century of goals for the club.
The Brazilian tormented Salzburg during Madrid won 5-1 in the Champions League On Wednesday evening, he scored two stunning goals and was named man of the match after an eye-catching performance.
Vinicius now has 15 goals and nine assists this season as he continues to impress for Los Blancos and he is without a doubt One of the best strikers in world football. The latter’s double raised his total tally to 101 goals with the European and Spanish champions.
However, with the January transfer window approaching, there have been reports linking the 24-year-old with a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu in the near future. Although the Saudi Professional League is still desperate to recruit the 2024 Ballon d’Or runner-up.

“I think Rodrygo and (Judd) Bellingham deserve the MVP award as well. I’m happy with the wins and the goals, even if I played poorly.”
The victory over the Austrian team raised Real Madrid to 16th place in the league Champions League standingsguaranteeing them a place in the playoff round of the competition at the very least.
The defending champions could still make it into the top eight, which would see them automatically qualify for the last 16, but they will certainly need to beat Brest in their final league encounter and will hope other results go their way.
