Vinicius Junior in the face of Real Madrid’s new contract

Negotiations on a new deal for Venice Junior stopped at Real Madrid, according to reports, with the absence of Brazilian attackers in the latest club’s show.

The 25 -year -old is currently under a contract until June 2027 and gets about 17 million euros per year, including performance rewards. Madrid started the discussions earlier this year in an attempt to secure its long -term future, but the talks are now slowing.

A meeting in May initially caused optimism that the penetration was soon, as the two parties narrow their positions. The Vinicius camp paid a fixed salary of 20 million euros per season with access to 30 million euros through additional jobs.

However, reports indicate that Madrid’s final proposal is limited to 20 million euros, without additional incentives. Its representatives-Farid Benna and Thessilo Soares-felt that the improvement was not enough to justify the extension of a three-year period that would link him to the club until 2030.

Currently, the decision was taken to delay. Vinicius agents want to monitor how to develop the 2025-26 campaign, especially how the new coach Xabi Alonso intends to use the Brazilian, before adhering to new terms.

There are already signs that Alonso looked at the reshaping of his confrontation line. Multiple sources revealed that the Madrid coach was weighing Vinicius left outside the eleventh in the semi-finals of the World Cup in July against Paris Saint-Germain, in favor of the regime of two strikers, before Trent Alexander-Arnold was injured by re-thinking.

Vinicius eventually began, lining up alongside Gonzalo Garcia and Killian Mbappe.

Madrid submitted its first relatives to renew the striker again in February, although his current deal is still working for another two years. The early step came after reports about the Saudi League Authority in the player.

This possibility now seems dead. According to the sources, there has been no contact with the Saudi actors since December 2024, and he ruled out the footnote to Vinicius such a switch.

The Brazilian enjoyed the landmarks of 2024, where he ranked second in the Ballon D’Aro Award and won the FIFA Best Player Award. But last season he proved that he was more difficult, as he managed to manage 11 goals in 30 games in Laliga, and Madrid ended the campaign without a big cup.

Currently, the future of Vinícius is still linked to its current contract, as the two sides are waiting to find out how the coming months will be revealed before re -engaging in serious renewal talks.
