Russia and Ukraine have never launched 390 prisoners on Friday and said that they would be more freedom in the coming days, while it is expected to be the biggest swap in the war so far.
The agreement to exchange 1,000 prisoners each of them was the only concrete step towards peace last week from two hours of talks in Istanbul, the first direct talks between the two warring sides in more than three years.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that each side issued 270 soldiers and 120 civilians on Friday. Ukrainian President Folodimir Zelinski confirmed a total of 390, and he said more released on Saturday and Sunday.
Earlier, the Ukrainian authorities asked reporters to gather at a location in the northern Chernkif area in anticipation of some released prisoners who could bring them there.
It is believed that hundreds of thousands of soldiers on both sides were wounded or killed in the bloody European war since World War II, although none of the sides spreading precise personalities. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian civilians also died, as Russian forces surrounded and bombed Ukrainian cities.

Moscow says it is ready to shoot conversations while the fighting continues, and wants to discuss what you call the “root causes” of the war, including its demands that give up more lands, and are implemented by military alliances with the West. Kyiv says this is a surrender and will leave it isolation in the face of future Russian attacks.

Russia, which occupies about five Ukraine, claimed on Friday that it had acquired a settlement called Rakivka in the Kharkiv region in Ukraine.
The governor of the Odessa region in Ukraine, Olet Kipper, said that Russia struck the port’s infrastructure there with missiles on Friday afternoon, killing one person and wounding eight.
