Trump’s use of the National Guard in Los Angeles is illegal, the rules of the judge

A California federal judge spent that President Donald Trump’s deployment of the National Guard in Los Angeles this summer was illegal.

This ruling comes at a time when Trump is seeking to use the National Guard forces to take strict measures against crime in other American cities and support for migration enforcement.

Trump deployed the National Guard forces to Los Angeles in June in response to protests against immigration raids.

American boycott judge Charles Prayer spent on Tuesday that the government had violated the Posse Comitaus law, which limits the authority of the federal government to use military force for local issues.

Judge Prayer put the ruling until September 12, and Trump is likely to appeal.

The president has already deployed hundreds of National Guard forces in Washington, DC, weighing the forces to Chicago as soon as this week.

After Trump deployed the forces in Los Angeles, the ruler Gavin New Roosom filed a lawsuit against the administration for alleged violations of the Posse Comitaus law.

Judge Prayer’s order only applies in California, but he can indicate legal challenges in front of Trump’s plans to use the guard to impose his policies.

Judge Prayer wrote: “President Trump’s recent orders and public data related to the National Guard raises serious concerns about whether the forces’ order to violate the Bossi Communos Law is intended elsewhere in California.”

He warned that Trump and Defense Minister Beit Higseth are at risk of “creating a national police force with the president as his president.”

Preventing the National Guard from implementing the following laws including “engaging in arrests, fear, research operations, seizures, security patrols, traffic monitoring, crowd monitoring, rioting, gathering evidence, interrogation, or working as informants.”

The White House, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Justice immediately did not respond to the request for comment.

This is the second lawsuit filed by newsom against the deployment of the National Guard in Los Angeles.

The first lawsuit has sought to control the National Guard unit in California, after Newsom claimed that Trump had illegally defrauded him to deploy the forces.

Judge Prayer, who also dealt with this case, ruled in favor of newsom, but the Court of Appeal in the ninth circle ruled in favor of Trump.
