Trump warns Iran will face serious consequences unless the Houthi attacks stop

US President Donald Trump has warned Iran that it would face “harsh” consequences if the Houthis in Yemen continue to attack international shipping corridors.

He said that the Iranian leadership from now on is emerging as it pulled the trigger to “every shot launched by the Houthis”, which was supported by Tehran for a long time.

Trump’s threat came after the Houthis targeted an American aircraft carrier in the Red Sea after our strikes on Yemen, which the Ministry of Health said had killed at least 53 people.

The Pentagon said it had hit 30 targets in Yemen since Saturday, in the largest American military operation in the Middle East since Trump returned to the White House.

Trump posted on the social truth platform on Monday: “Every shot launched by the Houthis from this point will be seen forward, as Iran’s weapons and leadership were shot.

“Iran will be responsible, suffer from the consequences, and these consequences will be severe!”

The US President accused Iran of providing the group with financing, weapons and intelligence, which Tehran denies.

In a message on Monday to the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations envoy denied that he had violated the arms embargo on Yemen on Yemen, and said that he had not participated in any annoying activities in the region.
