President Donald Trump said he is not sure whether people in the United States have the right to obtain the rights of guaranteed legal procedures in the United States’ constitution, as his administration is strongly pushing the deportation of immigrants who are in the country illegally and other non -citizens.

Trump made his comments during an interview broadcast on Sunday on NBC’s Meet the press with Christine Wilker. Wilker Trump asked whether he agreed with Foreign Minister Marco Rubio, who last month “of course” all persons in the United States have the right to conduct due legal procedures, which generally requires the government to make a notice and a listening session before taking some negative legal measures.

“I don’t know. I am not a lawyer,” Trump said in the Friday interview.

Trump added that his lawyer “will clearly follow what the Supreme Court said.”

On April 19, the US Supreme Court judges temporarily prevented the Trump administration from deporting a group of Venezuelan immigrants who accused them of gang members. The administration, which called for a rare law that is used in wartime, has urged the judges to raise or narrow their matter.
