US President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against $ 15 billion against the New York Times and four of its journalists on Monday, according to court documents.
The lawsuit filed in the US Boycott in Florida is called many articles and one book written by two published journalists and published in the period before the 2024 elections, saying that they are “part of a long pattern of time by the New York Times of deliberate and malicious defamation against President Trump.”
The lawsuit says: “The defendants published such statements neglecting, knowing the falsehood of data, and/or by ignoring the reality or falsehood.”
The New York Times did not immediately respond to an e -mail requesting an early comment on Tuesday.
In fact, the lawsuit announced, Trump accused the New York Times of lying and distorting it, saying that it has become a “tongue of” the virtual left Democratic Party.
Trump has gone after other media, including filling a $ 10 billion lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal and the media Robert Murdoch in July after the newspaper published the story of reports on his relations with the archaeological financier, Jeffrey Ibstein.
