“Trump does not act as a Republican president.”

In a significant exclusive and explicit interview – the first since he left his post – Joe Biden is discussing what he really thinks in the first 100 days of his back, in addition to his fears of the future if the Atlantic alliance collapses

It is difficult to believe that the man who revived him at the Dilayer Hotel, where he launched his political career more than half a century ago, is the “free world leader” for more than 100 days.

Joe Biden is still surrounded by all power decorations – black SUVs, security men who have curly earpone devices, and dogs that were sent forward to sweep the room in favor of explosives. However, it has spent the past three months watching a lot of what he believes in his shelf by his successor.

Donald Trump has repeatedly published the name Biden – he is his favorite political weapon. One of the recent analyzes showed that Trump said or wrote the name Biden at least 580 times in the first 100 days in his post. After claiming that the rise in stock prices was the “Trump market” at work, he later blamed Sharp’s decrease in stock prices on the “Biden Stock Market”.

Until this week, President Biden himself (former presidents after leaving his post) has noticed the agreement that former presidents do not criticize their predecessors at the beginning of their time in office. But from the moment we shake hands, it is clear that he is determined to have his opinion as well.

In a dark blue suit, the former head of smile and relaxation arrives but with the air specified for a man on a mission. It is his first interview since leaving the White House, and it appears to be more angry than Donald Trump’s treatment of America’s allies – especially the President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zellinsky.

After a little more than 100 days packed from Trump, there was no shortage of President Biden’s goals to choose from.

But it seems that his main interest on the international theater, not the local threat: that is, the threat that he now believes is facing the coalition between the United States and Europe, which, as it places, has obtained peace, freedom and democracy for eight decades.

Now more than ever this alliance is interrogated. One of them told the former pioneer of NATO BBC this week that Ve Day’s celebrations felt a funeral. President Trump complained that the United States was “torn” by its allies, and Vice President JD Vance said that America “saves” Europe while Defense Minister Beit Higseth insisted that Europe “free download”.

Biden is called a pledge to all NATO members – the Atlantic Ocean alliance – “to defend every inch of NATO lands with the full power of our collective strength” “sacred commitment.”

“I am afraid that our allies around the world will start doubting whether we will remain where we have always been over the past eighty years,” says Biden.

Under his presidency, both Finland and Sweden joined NATO – which is believed to make the alliance stronger. “We have done all of this – and in four years we have a man who wants to get away from everything.

“I am concerned that Europe will lose confidence in the certainty of America, and the leadership of America in the world, to deal with NATO not only, but other things with a result.”

I met President Biden at the place where he was home since he was a boy, the city of Wilmengton, Dilayer. It is an hour and a half from the Amtrak train from Washington, DC, a trip he made 50 years ago since he became Sinator at the age of thirty. He spent years in the government more than any other president.

My meeting with him personally, I found it difficult to imagine that he could have served for another four years in the White House, and took him closer to the age of 90.

I ask Biden if he now has to think again about his decisions last year. He withdrew from the presidential race just 107 days before the election day, leaving a limited time in Kamala Harris to assemble her own campaign.

“I don’t think it was important,” he says. “We left at a time when we had a good candidate, fully funded.

“What we started doing, no one believed that we could do,” he continued. “We have become very successful in our agenda, it was difficult to say,” No, I will stop now “… it was a difficult decision.”

One regret? Certainly withdrawal earlier could have given someone another opportunity?

“No, I think it was the right decision.” It stops temporarily. “I think … well, it was just a difficult decision.”

Biden says he went to politics to fight injustice, and to this day he has not lost any of his appetite to fight. Last year at DE celebrations, he warned: “We live at a time when democracy is more at risk all over the world than ever since the end of World War II.”

Today, this is expanding: “Look at the number of European leaders and European countries that are wondering, well, what do I do now? What is my best way to take it? Can I rely on the United States? Will they be there?”

“Instead of expanding democracy all over the world, (it is) decline. Democracy – every generation must fight for it.”

Speaking in Chicago recently, Biden announced that “the king of Uhud” was in America. I asked him if he believed President Trump behaves like the king more than one constitutionally limited president.

Choose his response carefully. He says, “He does not act as a Republican president.”

Nevertheless, in our interview, Biden admits that he is less concerned about the future of American democracy than it was, “because I believe that the Republican Party wakes up to what Trump is going on.”

President Biden regained his role as a leading figure in NATO, as he published a secret intelligence usually to tell a skeptical scientist in 2022 that Vladimir Putin was about to launch a complete invasion of Ukraine.

Since Trump’s head of planning a different path, Ukraine tells that it must consider giving up lands for Russia if it wants to end the war.

“It is the recovery of the modern era,” Biden says of Trump’s approach.

He says Putin believes that Ukraine “is part of the mother Russia. He believes that he has historical rights for Ukraine … he cannot bear the fact that the Soviet Union has collapsed. Anyone who thinks will stop is just foolishness.”

He fears that Trump’s approach may indicate other European countries that it is time to surrender to Russia.

However, Biden faced accusations against him regarding the Ukraine war. Some claim in Kiev and its allies, as well as some in the United Kingdom, that he gave President Zelinski just enough support to resist the invasion but not enough to defeat Russia, and perhaps for fear that Putin will consider using nuclear weapons if besieged.

When Putin Point was empty on TV this week if he would use nuclear weapons to win the war, he announced that he hoped they would not be “necessary”, adding that he had a way to bring war to what he called “his logical conclusion.”

He says he was keen to avoid the possibility of “World War III, with nuclear forces,” adding: “We avoided it.

“What will Putin do if things become very difficult for him?” Continues. “The threat of using tactical nuclear weapons. This is not a game or roulette.”
