Originally a platform for politicians and theorists of the Republican Party in the United States, CPAC has evolved in recent years into a global forum for radical right -wing forces. Its arrival in Europe has been facilitated by the Foundation for Basic Rights-a non-governmental organization supported by the government organization and funded by the Urban Administration.

While Urban praised Donald Trump, this year CPAC had a clear European concentration. After 15 years of power, Urban faces the increasing opposition at home. The European Commission called for the publication of a full set of laws in the event of the laws remaining in place. Urban behavior is no longer just a home issue. His approaches are increasingly paralyzing decisions in the European Union-a luxury that the continent can carry amid intensification challenges from Russia, China and the second Trump administration. European unity is not just an engine of prosperity. It is the cornerstone of collective security.
