Three relief workers “were deliberately killed” in the Tigray region of Ethiopia, says MSF says

The Relief Group accused the Ethiopian government of its failure to properly investigate the killings, which occurred in the Tigray region in 2021. An investigation into the New York Times found that the Ethiopian soldiers were responsible.
