This Dyson cordless vacuum is now half discontinued

We recommend several Dyson models in our guide to . Although the Digital Slim isn’t on the list in its own right, it’s still an option worth considering if you’re in the market for a new vacuum – not least because that model is no longer around at the moment. You can catch it from both Amazon and Dyson Direct for $250.

This is not a record low price for this model. The Dyson Digital Slim was $270 off Back in November. However, the half off is a good deal by almost any measure.

At 4.4 pounds, the Dyson Digital Slim cordless vacuum is about a third lighter than the company’s popular V11 model. This would make it relatively easier to handle.

On the downside, the Digital Slim will run for about 40 minutes on a single charge. This means that it is probably best suited for small homes. However, there is an LCD screen that shows how much battery life is left, so you shouldn’t be surprised before it runs out of power. The Digital Slim offers three power modes so you can balance power and runtime.

The vacuum has a capacity of 0.1 gallon and has a touchless emptying mechanism. It also turns into a one-click handheld device for hard-to-reach places and to help clean your sofa or car. Dyson says the vacuum has a fully enclosed automatic filtration system that captures dust and traps 99.99 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns.
