“They are rewarding more self -sufficiency”: The businessman reveals the dark side of the culture of crowding, and warns of young people of weekends

Working on weekends and vacations exceeds a common practice among young people in times of crowds. Most of the time, young people are forced to burn midnight oil on weekends to meet the narrow final dates that their managers have set.

However, Arian Koshr, a businessman from Delhi, advised young people against weekends at work and overcoming vacations to achieve useless goals and final dates. In doing this, Kochhar has finished exposing the dark side of the crowd culture.

“If you are working on weekends, you do not build a profession. You are covering broken systems. Here is the ugly truth: most companies do not reward the smartest workers. They are equivalent to the most self -taxi,” Koghar said in a company that conducted in LinkedIn Post.

He also explained that the answer to emails in the middle of the night was not a driving but rather the management of unpaid crises. He added that overcoming vacations is not ambitious, but natural exploitation and weekends are not bustle and only a failure system from Monday to Friday.

Koshr also said that the employees may believe that they are impressed by driving when they actually teach the company’s management that they are available for free.

“The real ambition does not work on exhaustion. It is building something that does not collapse without you. The companies that glorify the bustle? They do not raise the chief executives in the future. They are moving through the available heroes,” he said.

Koshr has been subjected to a culture of crowds that were well exposed to Internet users, as some say companies determine the wrong expectations among their employees.
