Theresa Gold reaches conditions with the network giant after reorganizing the main conferences

PAC-12 is trying to rebuild its conference, and they have just got a media rights deal.

PAC-12 was destroyed in the college’s football, and the conference was left with two schools. However, Commissioner Teria Gold added new programs and has now fell the media rights agreement with CBS, according to Sportcal.

The deal begins in 2026 and continues during the seasons of 2030-31. The deal will broadcast three PAC-12 university football matches and men’s basketball games, as well as championship games from each sport.

Games will be broadcast on the CBS SPORTS network as well as Paramount+ Streaming. The deal is an addition to the original deal approved by the PAC-12 and CBS to broadcast football games this season.

The deal is said to be between 56 million dollars and 80 million dollars, or between 7 million dollars and 10 million dollars per school per year, according to the port.

the PAC-12 added Boys State, Colorado State, Fresno State, San Diego State, Utah State, and Junzaga to join Oregon and Washington state.

The PAC-12 Commissioner was confident in the media rights deal

Once Gold and the conference managed to add schools, she was confident of following the media rights deal soon.

“I do not see that we are in a position in which we only walk with one partner in order to accomplish all the things we look forward to, including access, marketing and brand support. All the things we are trying to achieve.”
