“It is not just a social and cultural issue, it is an economic issue. When you employ, beautify and recruit, based on the merit, as President Trump brought out, you are progressing innovation, progressing in growth, enhancing investment, and developing job creation,” continued.

The White House orders all Dei offices to start closing by the end of Wednesday

Trump closed all Dei offices throughout the federal government during his first week in his post and signed a number of executive orders to quickly retract the efforts of former President Joe Biden in this case.
The administration is also taking advantage of federal funding in an attempt to force the country’s best universities to eliminate Dei programs as well.
In February, the Ministry of Education also warned the state Education departments They should remove Dei’s policies or risk federal financing.

The Trump administration has threatened to withdraw federal funding if Harvard did not get to rule and leadership, as well as employment and admission practices by August 2025. The letter emphasized the need for Harvard University to change the international admission process to avoid accepting students who “hostility” to American values or support terrorism Or anti -Semitism.
Harvard University has so far refused compliance.
