The US Labor Council is claiming that Apple CEO violated the rights of employees

The National Council for Labor Relations withdrew “many claims” that it made against Apple regarding Cases that were brought in 2021 By former employees Ashley Jojovik and Sher Scarlett, according to L. Bloomberg. In particular, a claim that the CEO of Apple Tim Cook violated the rights of workers when he sent a completely e -mail that year, who said “people who leak from secret information do not belong” in the company. Cook also said in the email that Apple was “doing everything in its power () to determine those who leaked” information from an internal meeting in the previous week, as the administration answered workers’ questions about the reward law and the Anti -abortion law in Texas.

Cook wrote: He accused GJøIK and Scarlett Apple of prohibiting wage discussion and preventing employees from talking to correspondents. After the investigation, NLRB had previously reached the conclusion that the email of the Cook and the comprehensive Apple behavior “interferes with the employees and coercive them in exercising their rights.”

In addition to dropping his claim that Cook violated the rights of workers, the Labor Council withdraws its claim that the launch of the activist Janneke Parrish, a leader of the #Appletoo movement, has broken the law. It rejects its previous allegations that the Apple broke the law by imposing the rules of secrecy and wiping workers or making them believe that they were also under observation.
