The United States government wants to deport Kilmar García to Uganda

Less than 24 hours after his release, the American authorities informed Kilmar Angeo Garcia that he might be deported to Uganda, after he refused to accept the approval deal in a suspended criminal trial.

Mr. ábrego García, a Salvadori citizen, was transferred by mistake to El Salvador in March by the Trump administration and then returned to the United States on criminal charges.

Mr. ábrego García is now in Maryland with his family, in a Timur court on Monday. If the judge agrees to the government’s request, he may face deportation within days.

The United States has reached bilateral deportation agreements with Honduras and Uganda as part of the suppression campaign on illegal immigration, According to the documents obtained by the American BBS partner CBS.

“This is a temporary arrangement with conditions, including that individuals who have criminal records and minors are not accompanied by their relatives will not be accepted,” Bajier Vincent Weswa, the Permanent Secretary of the Ugandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in a statement.

“Uganda also prefers that individuals from African countries have been transferred to Uganda.”

The issue of the deportation of Mr. Obrego García has become the suppression of the Trump administration on immigration.

He was deported to his hometown of El Salvador in March, and he initially continued in the famous Cecot prison. But after US government officials acknowledged that he had been deported because of a “administrative mistake”, the judge ordered the administration “to facilitate” his return.

He was returned to the United States in early June and sent to Tennessee, where he was charged with a human smuggling scheme. He admitted that he was not guilty of charges.

In late June, a federal judge in Tennessee spent that Mr. Abrojo Garcia was eligible to release him, but he remained in prison due to concerns about his own legal team that he could be deported quickly again if he left the facility.
