Treasury Secretary Scott Bessin described a “great productivity” after talks in Geneva, Switzerland.
The United States and China announced on Monday that tariffs against each other will be reduced for a preliminary period of 90 days after officials conducted trade negotiations in Geneva.
The White House said that the head of definitions, Donald Trump, announced against China on April 2, which would be reduced by 24 percentage points for this temporary period while maintaining the remaining courage rate of 10 % of this announcement.
China has concluded the same agreement, adding that “it will adopt all the administrative measures necessary to suspend or remove the non -carrier measures taken against the United States since April 2.”

Both the United States and China have agreed to take the aforementioned measures by Wednesday.
This agreement comes after an intensive trade war between the two countries during the past few weeks.
