UN President Antonio Guterres says it is “very concerned” about the air strikes for us this week on Yemen.

The United States carried out 13 air strikes on the port and airport of Hodeidah, says the Houthi TV channel, two days after a American air strike The RAS ISA port also targeted Hodeidah, killing at least 80 people and wounding more than 150.

Al -Masirah also stated on Saturday that three people were killed and four injuries due to an American attack on the areas of the revolution, Beni Mattar, and the mortgage in the capital SANA.

The Houthis promised to carry out “more operations” despite the ongoing American attacks.

The administration of US President Donald Trump announced a major military attack against the Houthis a few weeks ago. She said that the air strikes aim to force the Houthis to stop threatening ships sailing on the Red Sea on a decisive road for international trade.

Since November 2023, the group has been said to have launched more than 100 attacks on ships that it says is linked to Israel in response to Israel’s war on Gaza Solidarity with the Palestinians.

On Friday, the Houthi official, Muhammad Al -Nasser Al -Atifi Al Masirah, told the “American enemy crimes” that the Yemeni people will not deter the Gaza, but “will enhance their steadfastness and flexibility.”

The Houthis, also known as Ansar Allah or “supporters of God”, are an armed group that controls most parts of Yemen, including SANA. The group appeared in the nineties, but it rose to the lead in 2014 when it seized Sana and forced President Abd Rabo Mansour Hadi to flee the country.

“Very concerned about the United States air strikes over April 17 and 18 in and around the RA port in the RA port, which led to the release of dozens of civilian tanks, including five human workers who were injured,” said the spokesman for the spokesman for SABAN Dujarrik, in a statement on Saturday.

Dujarrick added that GoTreis expressed fears of the damage to the port and “potential oil leakage in the Red Sea.”

The US military said that the strikes at the head of Issa were aimed at cutting supplies and money for the Houthis. This was the bloodiest attack of Washington’s 15 -month campaign against the alignment group in Iran.

About 70 percent of Yemen’s imports and 80 percent of its humanitarian assistance pass through RAS ISA, Hodeidah and AS-SALIF ports.

RAS ISA is also the main oil pipeline station in Yemen, which, along with its port, is “a decisive infrastructure and cannot be dispensed with” in Yemen, according to the United Nations Development Program.
