“The information in front of me shows that the convincing humanitarian conditions that MLADIC required as a basis for his release is not eligible.”

MLADIC, 83, was sentenced by the United Nations Court of Yugoslavia for its role in the exhaustion of the civilian population during the siege of 43 months from the Bosnian capital, Saragivo and 1995 Srebrenica massacre.

About 8,000 Muslim men and children were slaughtered in Sri Labrienka by the Bosnian Serbian forces in July of that year.
