The United Nations Court in the case of the genocide of Sudan against the United Arab Emirates Human crises

The International Court of Justice rejected the case of Sudan, which accused the United Arab Emirates to enable the genocide in Darfur by providing paramilitary forces with weapons. The International Court of Justice said that it lacks the judicial jurisdiction, refused Sudan’s request for emergency measures and ordered the removal of the case from its schedule.
