The toiles are leading the Ghana government due to “illegal” detention

Their lawyer told BBC that eleven people were detained in Ghana after being deported from the United States, they had filed a lawsuit against the Western state government in West Africa.

Oliver Parker Formoror said that the deportees did not violate any Ghanaian law, and therefore their detention was in an illegal military camp.

The lawyer indicated that he wanted the government to produce the group in the court, and justify the reason for its detention against its will.

The government has not yet commented on the law lawsuit, but it has already said it was planning to accept 40 other phases. The opposition deputies are calling for the immediate suspension of the deportation deal until Parliament shouts on this, saying that this is required under Ghana law.

Last week, the President of Ghana John Mahama said that 14 West African deportations arrived in the country after an agreement reached with the United States.

He later said that all of them had returned to their countries of origin, although Foreign Minister Samuel Okudzito Aplasua was contrary to him by saying that only most of them had been returned.

Mr. Foremor’s court is inconsistent with both, saying that 11 passed by being held in Ghana.

The 11 was held in an American detention facility before its restrictions and deportation in a military cargo plane, according to the papers presented in the court.

The deportations are part of the United States’ militant government’s approach to immigration since President Donald Trump took office in January.

He pledged to perform deportations at the country’s Immigrant Records levels illegally.

Reuters reported in Ghana on Monday by Reuters as saying that the decision to accept the deportees was based on “a humanitarian principle and sympathy for the whole of Africa.”

“This should not be understood as support for the Trump administration’s immigration policies,” he said.

Five of the detainees, three Nigerians and two Gambia sued the United States government, on the pretext that they were protected by the court and should not be deported.
