London The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, supported by the United States and Israel (GHF), whose operations began at the beginning of this week in the war -torn Palestinian territories, says it finishes its Swiss work after three months. The move comes at a time when the Swiss authorities said that GHF was penetrating the rules of the institutions registered in that country. GHF CBS News told that it would move forward, and its only operations will be based on the United States.

The legal complications of GHF appeared in Switzerland, where the Ministry of Health in Gaza said in Hamas People were looking for food in one of the aid distribution centers In southern Gaza on Tuesday. The Israeli Defense Forces said in a statement on Tuesday that the forces had launched only “warning footage” to restore the regime at the site. GHF later said in a statement that “no shots were launched on the Palestinian crowds” and “there was no losses.” Some of the injured Palestinians can be seen in video clips of the CBS News, which showed hundreds of people around the distribution center.

Not a few GHF, including those who appeal, have been announced. CBS News was informed by one of the sources that GHF had used at least 300 American contractors, all of whom are largely armed, and who obtained “as much as they could carry.”

The Gaza Humanitarian Corporation, according to a document obtained by the CBS News, which appears to be written by the group, said it was registering in both Dilayer and Genev, Switzerland. The document says that the Swiss “dependent” was established in order to “treat donors who prefer to participate outside the American structure,” says the document.

The document says: “The Swiss GHF Council and the executive team will significantly reflect the American GHF panel and will adhere to the same principles, task and values.”

A separate document seeking to register the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation in Switzerland was published on January 31, 2025, as part of the country’s commercial registry. The foundation is shown as registered from February 17.

According to the Swiss registration document, “The Foundation follows the charitable and charitable goals exclusively for the benefit of people who need support for material, psychological or health reasons, and more specificly to provide humanitarian aid to those affected by the conflict in the Gaza Strip, including the safe ruling of food, water, medicine, printing and comfort.”

Three individuals are listed as leaders of the Swiss Foundation: David Babazian, whom the document says is from Armenia but is based in the United Kingdom; Lolk Samuel Marcel Henderson, an American in Arlington, Virginia; David Koler, from Switzerland.

The subsequent documents, on May 19 and May 23, in a row, announced the removal of the Swiss National Koller from the Foundation’s Council, then the end of the Swiss Accounting Company Ogh Experience Compleles et fiscales SA as an auditor of the institution.

The federal supervisory authority in Switzerland, known as the European Space Agency, told CBS News on Wednesday that, according to its evaluation, the Swiss branch of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation “does not currently fulfill various legal obligations” in the country.

The European Space Agency said that the Swiss branch of the Relief Group does not have the signed member of the board of directors in Switzerland, and that it does not contain the minimum members of the three board of directors required by the Swiss laws, and that it does not seem to have a Swiss bank account, a valid Swiss address, or a auditor – all of which are requirements for institutions such as GHF registered in the country.

The Authority told CBS News: “Based on this information, the European Space Agency assumes that the Swiss Foundation has not yet begun its activities and therefore it is inactive,” The Authority told CBS News. “The European Space Agency informed the basis of its legal requirements and asked to clarify the situation. The necessary clarifications are currently being implemented.”

Trial International, a Swiss NGO, said it has provided legal returns to the Swiss government on May 20 and 21, with the federal supervisory authority of institutions and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seeking to assess GHF compliance with the Swiss legal system, as well as with Switzerland’s Federal law on private security services provided abroad.

NGOs said in a statement that the legal submission “aims to deal urgently for possible violations by GHF for the rules of various national and international law, especially with regard to” private security services “within the framework of the institution’s activities, such as the military security for distribution and control points of individuals.

Switzerland “has a moral but also legal commitment to ensure that the entities that operate from its territory, themselves, respect the Geneva Conventions. This is the past in the first article of the Geneva Conventions.”

“So we just wanted to understand what they did,” he said through the Swiss entity.

Grant said it was not clear how much GHF activity that actually occurred in Geneva, which was part of the motive for his group’s destinations. He was also looking to know whether GHF had requested and received the necessary approvals to involve private military services, which are being tightly organized under the Swiss law of the registered organizations in the country.

In response to CBS News for clarity, GHF said on Wednesday that “the only GHF entity that is used today is the basis that the United States has created in the United States by Loik Henderson in February 2025. This is the only entity through which GHF works and will move.

James Smith, a working doctor inside Gaza, told CBS News that the presence of armed contractors in relief distribution centers and GHF positions in southern Gaza raises the red flags of human workers. He said that the positions of the centers could serve as a way to the displacement of Gaza population by force to the south of the tape.

“They are not dominant. They are inhuman. We have seen people wandering in cages in the heat of bread,” said Smith.

Smith pointed to the concerns raised by the United Nations, which refused to work with the organization, about GHF methods and even “some people who have worked, until the past two days, have worked with GHF and have resigned since then, saying they cannot adhere to human principles if they continue to work in this entity.”

Smith said: “The risks offered by armed military actors, especially those who enjoy parties in conflict, should also provide humanitarian assistance, and have been convicted high and not something that any humanitarian organization with a good reputation, an academy of humanity or the human practitioner has to support it at all.”
