Chelsea agreed to an agreement to sign striker Emmanuel Amega from Strasbourg.
The 22 -year -old will move to Stamford Bridge next year and sign a seven -year contract.
Emegha scored 14 goals and made three passes in 27 games in Ligue 1 last season and is considered one of the brightest young talents on the French trip.
The captain was handed over in Strasbourg at the beginning of this season after Habib Diarara moved to Sunderland.
Emegha is an international under -21 -year -old for the Netherlands. He started at Sparta Rotterdam before joining Antweep in 2022. He only appeared to the Belgian club before moving to Sturm Graz and then to Strasbourg for a fee of 13 euros.
