Witness: Nada explains Tofk from the BBC how the prosecutors went after Didi in the trial of sex trafficking

The Sean Didi team, Coms, rested his case in the sex trafficking on Tuesday after presenting arguments for only 20 minutes.

Their short offer followed nearly seven weeks of arguments and witnesses of witnesses presented by Federal Public Prosecutors in New York. The claim has finished making their case on Tuesday afternoon.

The defense lawyer argued that the government had failed to meet the burden to prove any of the charges against him, which he denied strongly, and the judge must drop the case against him.

Mr. Combs also assured the court that he would not take the position in his trial. He told the judge, “It is my decision with my lawyers,” not to give my testimony.

Mr. Combs acknowledged that he was not guilty of sexual trafficking, extortion and transportation to participate in prostitution. He faces life imprisonment if convicted in the scheme.

Speaking for the first time in court in weeks on Tuesday, Mr. Combs told Judge Aaron Supramanan that he was “doing an excellent job.”

“I want to tell you, thank you.”

Prosecutors claimed that Mr. Combs used his festive position and his commercial empire to manage a criminal institution for women’s sex and conceal his crimes. During their argumentsThe government called on more than 30 witnesses to the situation.

The defense called for nothing, instead, to provide evidence of several text messages between Mr. Combs and his ex -girlfriend, singer Cassandra Ventura, and another victim witnessed under the name of Jin’s pseudonym.

It is always difficult for defense teams to decide whether any witnesses will decide on the platform.

Mr. Ebiner said that calling new witnesses could raise more problems for defense – and made Mr. Combs take the situation that will be a more dangerous step, often hanging on his testimony.

Instead, Mr. Compass’s lawyers made a quick offer, showing messages in an attempt to enhance their argument that Mr. Comps’s friends were ready for the participants in sexual confrontations with him and accompanying males, which were called insults.

In one text message to Mr. Coms, whose lawyers read out loudly, Jin told him, “I always enjoy” during the consent of them, or what he called “the hotel’s nights”.

The Rapid defense case came after Mr. Coms’s legal team submitted a request asking the court to highlight its agent, claiming that the government has not met its burden in proving any of the charges, including sex trafficking and extortion.

His lawyer Alexandra Shapiro argued that the victims in the case were women who could have left them on their own, giving a hint of points that the legal team likely to offer during the final arguments scheduled later this week on Thursday and Friday.

Mrs. Shapiro said that Mr. Combs was “unfortunately violent, but domestic violence is not a smuggling of sex.”

Prosecutors have argued that the former friends of Mr. Combs have been forced into unwanted sex with drugs, violence and other means.
