“The socialists managed to keep voters in 2024 it was less educated and less. These groups in other European countries were tending to vote for the extreme right,” she said. “This time it seems that a large number of these voters have turned into Tasja.”

Monnegro managed to take office last year because the Socialist Party refrained from voting for the main parliamentary to form a government – and it will need to do the same to secure a new period.

Socialist leader Santos said he would leave his successor to decide whether he would help Montenegro in staying in power.
