Government plans for dozens of new cities in England in the coming years may cost up to 48 billion pounds, according to a report that examines the best sites to build the new wave of conurbss.

The study, which was conducted by the WPI Consulting Strategy as the most suitable of 12 possible “Trailblazer” sites for new settlements with 10,000 homes or more.
