“These people have been destroyed,” Trump said after they signed the pardon. “What they did to these people is impressive. There was rarely something like it in the history of our country.”

On Friday, the case claims that the five leaders of the other children were subject to “a terrible and regulatory abuse of the legal system.” He accuses the prosecutors of engaging in cases of “exchanging evidence” and “intimidating witnesses”.

He also claims that their prosecution was “corrupt and political motives.”

The lawsuit was filed against the Ministry of Justice, which is currently working under the Trump administration and managed by Public Prosecutor Pam Bondi.

According to the numbers issued by the administration in January, about 1583 defendants were charged with crimes associated with Capitol riots.

More than 600 was accused of assault, resistance or law enforcement, including about 175 accused using a fatal or dangerous weapon or caused a serious physical injury to the officer.

Capitol police officers were attacked by rioters with weapons, including mineral hoops, wooden panels, flag panels, fire extinguishers and pepper spray.

Many legislators condemned the riots, while Trump described it as a “day of love.”

Democratic lawmakers were subjected to his reluctance as convicted as an attempt to rewrite history.

The former spokesman for the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, who was among the legislators who were forced to flee during the riots, called for the amnesty “an outrageous insult to our judicial system.”
