The pioneering entity of the Oberoi Ltd group plans four new hotels in Gir, Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

EIH Limited, the main entity of the Oberoi Group, has announced four new hotel projects in India. During the annual 75th annual meeting of the company in New Delhi, it is scheduled to enhance the presence of EH Limited in the entertainment and urban destinations.

Projects include:

• The Oberoi, GIR- Makla for 20 Facial Wildlife Life in Oboy in the center of the 40 acres of mangoes, located near the National Garden of Gear.
• The Oberoi, Hyderabad- Fakher Hotel consisting of 220 switches located in the Hyderabad Commercial neighborhood, Knowledge City.
• Trident, Nandi Hills-Trednet Hotel from 150 key is located in the picturesque nand, north of Bangaluru.
• Tradement, Forte Agwada-Trednet Hotel, which is 170 lengths, is close to the historic Forte Agwada in the seventeenth century in Gua.

These pledges confirm the company’s commitment to the management of 25 properties by 2030.

The initiative will witness or run eight hotels, while 17 will be managed under the Oberoi group through contracts.

This wide pipeline includes 16 Indian hotels and nine international hotels in locations such as London, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, the 2033 property will add key to the wallet, with 18 under the Oberoi brand and seven below the TRIDENT.

Arjun Oberoi, CEO of the Oberoi Group, stressed the company’s strategic focus, saying: “Our growth path is driven by a clear strategic focus: expanding high -capabilities markets, and providing unforgettable authentic guest experiences.”

The company also plans to launch the Oberoi Rajgarh Palace in Khajuraho and two Oberoi Nile Dahabeyas by the end of 2025.

“Our development strategy is formed through a deep consumer vision, a sharp understanding of the market dynamics, and a long -term vision is fixed.”

EIH Limited celebrates the seventy -fifth anniversary of its establishment, and the Oberoi group represents 90 years of hospitality.
