Then the pair was transferred by an ambulance to the Dandinong Hospital.

Earlier in the day, Mr. Wilkinson was displayed a picture of the dining room table on the iPad and a mark on each of the five people in lunch.

He said that he and Heather “ate the entire meal,” while eating without his meal with half of the beef and the Negaton, which was not finished.
