“The Ministry of Maritime must guarantee that public affairs resources are in line with preparation, standards, discipline, and quick decisions,” says the memo.
From now on, any civil civil affairs must be approved by the chief of information in the Navy (Chinfo), or Marine Corps Communications (CD). Media contracts will also be assembled and correspondence is supported in one system so that orders through the fleet can use the same process.
