The MMRDA Supreme Court directed to consult with the Maharashtra government in relation to the possibility of reunification of the Thanbunder to the Bhayander tunnel and high road projects in the projects of the Mumbai Capital, which is valued at 14,000 rupees. Larsen & Toubro’s (L & T) contacted, after being excluded from the tender, from the Supreme Court that seeks to obtain intervention to remain in the opening process.
“This is the thousands of public funds. Please take instructions,” said the seat led by the head of the BR Gavai.
The Bombay Supreme Court has refused to request L&T to establish the project related to projects, but it ordered the MOMRDA Development Authority (MMRDA) to maintain electronic quotes for two weeks, according to the report.
The relevant projects will link TANE and Mira-Bhayandar via double tunnels with five kilometers from Gaimukh to the intersection of the Fountain Hotel in Shilphata and a high road bridge 9.8 km and 6,000 crores, respectively, respectively.
L&T claimed that MMRDA failed to adopt a fair approach in dealing with tenders. The company became only aware of the cancellation of eligibility during a hearing on May 13, although it made its artistic presentation in December of the previous year. The company argued that the Supreme Court did not address the “illegal and arbitrary tender.”
Moreover, L&T argued that MMRDA’s decision to move forward in opening financial bids without informing them of the evaluation results was discriminatory and arbitrary, and violated the principles of natural justice.
The proposed road bridge, in particular, will become the second longest period in the Metropolitan area, only behind the Mumbai Trans Harbor link.
