the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has launched an investigation into the Calepa Environmental Protection Agency on accusations based on racist shares.
In a letter dated Wednesday, the Ministry of Justice informed the state’s environmental agency of investigating whether it was “involved in a pattern or practice of discrimination based on race, color, gender and national origin in violation of the seventh championship of the Civil Rights Law of 1964.”
“Our investigation is based on information that Calepa may participate in employment practices that distinguish against employees, job applicants and participants in the training program based on race, color, sex and national origin in violation of the seventh club,” Harret K. The message specifically refers to “Calepa Practices for the Development of Racial Property Rights in Planning of Manpower” that enhances “the application of racist stock lens to each stage of the workforce development” and remember that “interview panels must reflect racism, ethnicity, sexual and other diversity as possible.”
“The inclusion of different groups of people and views of the recruitment process, including colored people, can reduce the effect of the bias within the group on employment,” says the document.
