A man accused of breakdown His car in Nathan c. Hoshman, Los Angeles County’s lawyer, on Wednesday, that a gate outside Jennifer Aniston’s house in Bill Fair was accused of chasing felony.
Jimmy Wayne Carwell, 48, was arrested on charges of ruining a felony after he ascended to the Aniston gate on Monday.
“The pursuit is a crime that can quickly escalate from harassment to dangerous acts and violence, threatening the safety of victims and our societies,” Hachman said in a statement. “My office is committed to sue those who are chasing and intimidating others, ensuring that they are held accountable.”
Carwell was charged with one of the crime of chasing and the charge of calming a felony with a strict circumstance of the great physical harm.

He is accused of “harassing” star “friends” again and again with unwanted social media, e -mail and phone messages, starting from March until the day of the accident, according to the DA office.
The DA office said that it is scheduled to be tried on Thursday, when the public prosecutors will ask for a bail to be determined at $ 150,000.

“I would like to thank law enforcement and the chase and threat assessment team, especially provincial lawyer Sam Holfield, for their distinguished work in this case,” Hachman added. “By working together, we guarantee that dangerous individuals are removed from our streets.”
If convicted, Carwell may face three years in prison.

Aniston was at home at the time of the accident, according to the Associated Press.
