Yinka Oyetade from France 24 speaks to Dr. Alex Fines, head of the Africa program in Chatham House, about the M23 attack in the eastern Congo. He says that Rwanda’s M23 ambitions are now different from their goals in 2012, when they put their attention for the first time on Goma, and one of the group’s goals now is to overthrow the Kinshasa administration, as he was making alliances with other armed groups and some of them might think about separating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
