The list of voters in the new state of India still has wrong pictures and individuals.

A few days ago, the Electoral Committee in India issued a draft electoral draft of the state of Bihar, where the main elections are scheduled to be held in November, after a month’s review from the voter list.

But the opposition parties and charities in the elections say that the exercise has been transferred – and many voters in BBC have told the draft lists that have wrong pictures and include the dead.

The intense special review – known for its shortcomings – was held from June 25 to July 26, and the committee said that its officials visited each of the state’s voters 78.9 million voters to verify their details. She said that the last such review was in 2003 and the update was necessary.

The new draft has 72.4 million names – 6.5 million less than before. The committee says that the deletions include 2.2 million dead, 700,000 registered more than once and 3.6 million who immigrated from the state.

The corrections are open until September 1, with more than 165,000 requests. A similar review will be made at the country level to verify approximately one billion voters.

But the opposition parties accused the committee to drop many voters – especially Muslims who are a large part of the population in four border areas – to help the Bharatiya Janata party of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the upcoming state elections.

The reconnaissance body and BJP have denied these allegations. In response to the BBC questions, the election committee ordered its orders on June 24 in the Sir procedure and a July 27 press note that determines efforts to ensure that there is no qualified voter.

“Moreover, (the committee) does not bear any responsibility for any other misleading information or baseless allegations of completion that is presented by some acquired interests,” he added in the response.

The committee did not issue the list of deleted names or granted any disintegration according to religion, so the opposition’s concerns cannot be verified.

A review By the Hindustan Times, the newspaper’s deletion of voters in Kishngang, an area that includes the largest share of Muslims in Bihar, but not in the other electoral districts dominated by Islam.

Parliament faced repeated postponement, as the opposition deputies demand a discussion about what they call a threat to democracy. Outside, they chanted “below Moody”, “Retrophone Sir” and “stop stealing the votes.” The Supreme Court also reviews this step after interrogating the ADR.

“This comes just three months before the assembly elections and there was not enough time for the exercise,” Gagdib Chocar of ADR told the BBC.

As reports from Earth showed, there were violations when the exercise was made and the data collection process was very wrong, “he added.

ADR argued in the court that the exercise “will deprive millions of real voters” in a state that is one of the poorest of India and is the home of “a large number of marginalized societies.”

She says that the burden turns the burden to people to prove their nationality, and often requires the documents of their guardians within a short final date – an impossible task for millions of poor immigrant workers.

While publishing a roll draft, we traveled to Patna and the nearby villages to hear what the voters are thinking in Sir.

In the village of Danara, home to the poorest of the poor known as Mahadalits, most of the population works on the farms of the upper circles or the unemployed.

The houses collapse, the open banks are lined up in narrow passages and stagnant puddele near the local temple have turned into a little.

Most of the population had no idea about my master or its influence, and many were not sure whether the officials visited their homes.

But they appreciate their deep voice. “The loss will be destroyed,” says Reich Devi. “It will push us to poverty.”

In the village of Kharia, many men said that they heard about my lord and spent models, where they spent 300 rupees (3.42 pounds; 2.55 pounds) on taking new photos. But after the draft came out, the farmer and retired teacher called it “Tarkeshwar Singh”. Share pages showing his family’s details – referring to mistakes, including the wrong picture besides his name.

“I have no idea about who is her image,” he says, adding that his wife, Syria, Devi and his son Rajev, have wrong pictures. “But the worst is the issue of my son Ajif – she has the image of an unknown woman.”

Mr. Singh continues to list other abnormal cases-in the document of his daughter Johi Kumari, who was named as a husband instead of his son. Another son-in-law, Sanjita Singh, twice from the same address-just one has its correct image and the date of birth.

He says that many of his relatives and neighbors have similar complaints. He refers to the name of his cousin, who died more than five years ago, but he is still numbers on the list – at least two names that appear twice.

“Obviously, there was no examination. The list has death and repetition and many who did not fill the model. This is a misuse of government machines and billions of rupees spent on this exercise.”

CHOKAR of ADR says they will raise these cases in the Supreme Court this week. In July, the court said it would remain the exercise if the petitioners produce 15 real voters missing from the draft menus.

“But how do we do this because the committee did not provide a list of 6.5 million removed?” He asks.

Mr. Chukar says that justice on the bench from two days has suggested deleting the exercise from the upcoming elections to allow more time for the appropriate review.

“I will be happy with these ready -made meals,” he says.

Sidi and the draft of the menus divided the Bihar parties: RJD opposition is wondering, while the ruling Jatata Dal (United) – the Pharaoatia Party’s alliance supports them.

“The complexity of this review has left a lot of people confused,” says Chevanand Toyari, RJD Secretary -General.

Tiwari asks about “the election committee’s allegations that 98.3 % of the voters filled their forms” and say “in most villages, our voters and our workers say the BLO level – generally one of the local school teachers appointed by the committee to go to the door – many Blos and do not know how to load shapes.” (The committee said that Blos worked “very responsibility.”)

Toyari claims that “the committee is a party and this is the manipulation of the elections.”

He says: “We believe that the goal of the border areas in which many Muslims who never vote for the Bharatia Jatata Party live,” he says.

The Bharatia Jatata and JD (U) refused criticism, saying, “It is completely political.”

“Only Indian citizens are entitled to vote and we believe that many Rohingya and Bangladeshis have settled in the border areas in recent years. The list should be disposed of,” said Bhaim Singh, MP of the Bharatia Gata Party from Bihar.

He added, “Sir has nothing to do with anyone and the opposition raises it because they know that they will lose the upcoming elections and need a scapegoat to blame his loss.”

“The election committee is not only doing it,” said the chief official spokesperson for JD (U) and the state legislator Niraj Kumar Singh.

“There are a lot of voters on the list who are considered twice or even three times. So shouldn’t that be corrected?” He asks.
