On Sunday, a federal judge temporarily prevented the Trump administration from deploying any units of the National Guard to Oregon, including the National Guard in California.

California and Oregon sought a temporary restriction order after US President Donald Trump sent members of California guard to Oregon earlier in the day. On Saturday, the judge himself temporarily prevented his administration from deploying the National Guard forces in Oregon to Portland.

A Pentagon spokesman said in a previous statement that about 200 members of the California National Guard who were in service were resets around Los Angeles to Portland. Oregon Tina Cotik said about 100 arrived on Saturday and about 100 again on its way on Sunday. Cotik said there was no official contact with the federal government about publication.

The two states originally requested a narrow thing that would only prevent the National Guard forces in California from sending them to the state Higseth It was submitted to the court that up to 400 National Guard employees in Texas were activated for publication in Oregon, Illinois and perhaps elsewhere.

The governor of Texas Greg Abbott said in a post on Sunday night that he had authorized the summons. “You can either impose the full protection of federal employees or get out of the way and allow to guard the Texas to do so,” he wrote.

The move comes a day after the Illinical Governor issued a similar announcement of the revitalization of the forces in his term.

“It appears that this procedure () is intended to circumvent the ruling of yesterday from a federal judge,” Cotik said in a statement on Sunday.

“There is no need for military intervention in Oregon. There is no rebellion in Portland. There is no threat to national security. Oregon is our home, not a military target.”

A spokesman for Kotek said on Sunday that he could not check the current site of the National Guard members who arrived in Oregon on Saturday.

Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin News said in a statement that California staff were on their way on Sunday and described publishing as “a treatment for breathtaking and power.”

He said that these forces were “federal” and put them under the control of the president for months due to his objections, in response to the unrest in Los Angeles.

“The Supreme Commander uses the US military as a political weapon against American citizens,” said New Roire.

“We will take this battle to the court, but the public cannot silence in the face of such reckless and authoritarian behavior by the President of the United States.”

Newsom said earlier on Sunday that about 300 California guard members had been sent. The messages were sent to his office seeking to clarify the contradiction.

Trump “Harish” is the legal obstacle

Trump’s federal judge in Oregon on Saturday It was temporarily banned Trump administration’s plan to deploy the National Guard in Oregon in Portland to protect federal property amid protests after Trump described the city as a “transfer of war.”

Orgon state officials and Portland residents alike said that the description was ridiculous.

American boycott judge Karen, IMMERGUT, who was appointed by Trump during his first term, issued other arguments in a lawsuit filed by the state and the city.
