An American federal judge canceled Donald Trump’s defamation of $ 15 billion against the New York Times on Friday, citing cases with its contents.
American boycott judge, Stephen Meridy, said that Trump has violated a federal base asking the applicants a short and clear statement about the reason for their entitlement to the court.
The judge said that the legal complaint is not “a protected platform for anger against the opponent.” Trump gave 28 days to file a modified complaint.
Trump indicated that the New York Times will sue earlier this week in a post on the social truth, claiming that the newspaper “allowed her to lie freely and distort me for a very long time.”
